Welcome to FANMINT! Our platform is designed to empower digital creators, influencers, and artists to turn their passion into a sustainable career. We provide tools for you to build a loyal fanbase, collaborate with brands, and develop recurring income through subscriptions, messaging, and live streaming.

To maintain a safe, respectful, and highly professional environment for both creators and subscribers, we have established these Platform Guidelines. By using our services, you agree to adhere strictly to these rules.

2. Respectful Conduct

We believe in fostering a positive and inclusive community. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, and threats of violence are strictly prohibited. We do not tolerate any behavior that degrades, shames, or attacks individuals based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.

As a creator, your interactions with your subscribers and fans should always remain professional and respectful. As a subscriber, your engagement with creators must be supportive and courteous.

3. Content Monetization & Subscriptions

FANMINT allows creators to monetize their content via subscription models and one-time payments. Creators must accurately represent the content and perks associated with their subscription tiers. Deceptive practices, scamming, or failing to deliver promised content will result in immediate account suspension.

All transactions must occur within the FANMINT platform. Attempting to bypass the platform's payment systems or soliciting off-platform payments for on-platform services is a violation of our guidelines.

4. Brand Collaborations

When collaborating with brands through FANMINT, you are expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism. You must complete agreed-upon deliverables on time and adhere to any specific guidelines set by the brand sponsor.

Additionally, all sponsored content must be clearly disclosed to your audience in compliance with local advertising laws and regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines). Honesty and transparency are core values of the FANMINT community.

5. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on the FANMINT platform:

Explicit adult content or pornography.
Content promoting illegal acts, self-harm, or dangerous activities.
Copyrighted material that you do not own or do not have the rights to distribute.
Spam, deceptive metadata, and manipulative engagement tactics.

We reserve the right to review, flag, and remove any content that violates these rules, and we may terminate the accounts of repeat offenders.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original content you post on FANMINT. However, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content across our platform as part of our services. You must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact our legal team immediately.

7. Enforcement & Appeals

FANMINT actively moderates the platform to ensure compliance with these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity of the offense.

If you believe an enforcement action was taken against your account in error, you may submit an appeal through our support center. All appeals are reviewed by our moderation team.
